Jeremy Just
Jeremy is a multifaceted retail real estate professional with a thirty-year career spanning single tenant net leased retail, shopping center development, and investment sales. As Founder and President of Blacktide Real Estate Advisors, he has consulted for national corporate retailers pursuing site expansion and individual investors acquiring and developing retail properties throughout the Southeast.
Through Blacktide Development, LLC, Jeremy actively invests in and develops single tenant retail and shopping centers. This owner-operator perspective gives clients an advisor who has underwritten, developed, and operated the same product they are buying or selling.
Jeremy holds a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the 1993 Pac-10 and Fiesta Bowl Champion football team. He is a licensed broker in Tennessee and Florida, and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the California State Bar, NAR, Greater Nashville Realtors, and the Commercial Alliance of Miami, Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie.

Mike Powers
Mike Powers is an Advisor with Blacktide Real Estate Advisors, where he advises owners, users, and investors on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and retail properties throughout the Southeast. Mike takes a deal-oriented approach with his clients, pairing sharp market knowledge with clear strategy and disciplined execution to drive results from initial listing through closing.
Mike began his career as an Acquisitions Associate with Ironside Realty in Nashville, where he spent two years sourcing and underwriting net-leased retail opportunities across the country. He went on to spend two additional years as a commercial real estate affiliate broker, building a strong foundation in retail and industrial transactions before joining Blacktide Real Estate Advisors in 2026.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Alabama. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family on the lake — and, despite his degree from Alabama, remains a devoted Auburn football fan.
